The regulations are of great importance, first, because of what they tell us about the Windsor Framework and, secondly, because of their effect. “Not for EU” labels did not feature in the Northern Ireland protocol definition of the Irish Sea border. If they did, then I want someone to point out to me where this was; but they did not, and I challenge anyone to tell us where it was.
