Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill

Contribution

I was contacted by a friend, who is a scooter user and also has a clinical frailty scale of 7. They thought their scale was 3. They were shocked when they were told that that was their level. They contribute massively towards society. My friend said that he thought his life had value, but suddenly, a process is telling you that you have no value. He said that it makes you feel a bit rubbish when you realise that the Government value your life as a 7, not a 3. He also went on to say that he feels that if assisted suicide existed, he would be in big trouble.
