Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) BillContribution
The noble Baronesses, Lady Blackstone, Lady Fox and Lady Coffey, talked about the BMA, and that is an interesting point. It gave two reasons in its written evidence. The first was that it was likely to be detrimental to patient care and the second was that it would also create uncertainty and legal risks for doctors. That goes a little bit further than the noble Baroness, Lady Blackstone, said.
