I very much take the point raised by the noble Lord, Lord Knight, about the importance of media and digital literacy as key tools that are available to support parents and children in developing healthy digital habits from an early age. That is why government-funded programmes such as Everyday Digital, delivered by Parent Zone, have produced practical resources for parents on informed age-appropriate technology use.
