I am particularly glad to see the noble Baroness, Lady Longfield, in her place. For any noble Lords who have not read about this, the organisation that the noble Baroness set up before she arrived with us, the Centre for Young Lives, has done some wonderful preparatory work in this area. I am assuming—or hoping—that the Department for Education and other relevant departments have read about it, because it is a good starting point from which to try and work out, at a practical level, what to do to make these measures good.
