Contracts for Difference (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 2025Contribution
We recognise that it generates 5% dispatchable power. We think this money should go into renewable energy generation. We do not think that it provides value for bill payers. We also have concerns that key documents have not been published as part of this. These documents really do need to be published before the final SI comes forward. This is an essential element in having proper parliamentary scrutiny.
