I have spoken at length about the police allocation formula, so I ask the Liberal Democrats, and in particular my neighbour, the hon. Member for St Neots and Mid Cambridgeshire (Ian Sollom), if they will join me in leading calls for the Policing Minister to ensure that the police allocation formula is updated to reflect the population increase and redistribution that has occurred since the formula was first introduced. I am aware that the Policing Minister stated in Westminster Hall on 5 June that
