Regarding online platforms, the recently implemented provisions of the Online Safety Act 2023, the ongoing work between law enforcement and Ofcom, and the new powers in this Bill for law enforcement to suspend IP addresses and domain names for up to 12 months will all help tackle online sexual exploitation. We know we need to go further, and the Government are working closely with law enforcement and frontline support services to build an evidence base on how we can tackle online exploitation more effectively.
