I congratulate the Scottish Administration, who campaigned to be exempt; I am glad that they have been exempted. I had my DNA tested recently, and I am actually 74% Scottish, so I suppose I have to declare an interest. The Scotland Office obviously stood up for its people in Scotland, unlike the Northern Ireland Office.
