The Minister explained subsection (7)(a)(i) of this clause with regards to zero-hours contracts. In subsection (7)(a)(ii), I am struggling to understand how an individual “seeking to be employed by a person as a worker” could be a whistleblower. I would be grateful to understand that better, but I am happy for the Minister to write.
