Overall, this is a new approach to providing taxpayers’ money, for which I cannot see any reference in Making Work Pay. As I have already pointed out, there is an analogy with the EHRC, but, relatively speaking, we are talking about a very small amount of money there. Again, I just want to make sure that this is going to a person and not to a whole bunch of organisations, and it would be interesting to clarify what that means in terms of the employer.
