273P: Schedule 9, page 268, line 3, at end insert— “The Security Industry Authority.”Member's explanatory statement This amendment would enable information obtained in connection with the exercise of enforcement functions under Part 5 of the Bill, or functions under or by virtue of clause 113 or 114 (powers in relation to civil proceedings), to be disclosed to the Security Industry Authority for the purposes of its functions.
