I am coming to the conclusion. Actually, there is no time restriction in this debate; I have known that for many years. Despite the Government not wanting to listen to this, I conclude by saying that in not voting, the expectation is that this measure should be taken away and analysed in detail. We need to see the implications for those affected by the SI. We need respect for the union, for the Northern Ireland Assembly and for all the Parliaments and people in the United Kingdom.
