Where an individual or their representative makes contact, officials will work with them to understand their particular circumstances and take the most appropriate action. So I strongly encourage noble Lords or anyone listening to this: if anyone is in this position, the absolute best thing they can do is get in touch. The worst thing to do is not to get in touch, because if we do not know anything about someone, we are not in a position to be able to respond to any of the challenges or vulnerabilities they have.
