102: Schedule 5, page 104, line 19, leave out “make” and insert “apply to the appropriate court for” Member’s explanatory statement This amendment removes the power of the Secretary of State to make direct deduction orders and instead provides for direct deduction orders to be made only by a court following an application by the Secretary of State to the court.
