113: Schedule 5, page 110, line 19, leave out “first notice” and insert “pre-deduction notice” Member's explanatory statement This amendment, together with my amendments to Schedule 5, page 111, line 7, and Schedule 5, page 111, line 15, would replace the tag “first notice” with “pre-deduction notice”. This has no substantive effect but is intended to be easier to understand.
