I say that concerning not just Wightlink but Red Funnel and various other fleets plying their trade between the mainland and the Isle of Wight. So the question is: how do you levy exemption points at particular levels? Are you net benefiting the overall picture by how you set those exemption levels and what you do in order to implement them, and indeed what you do subsequently to support the trade to decarbonise itself and make sure that it is working very effectively in that respect?
