Thirdly, some ambiguity remains around the implications of the increase in employer national insurance contributions. It has been confirmed, I think, that the MHRA is not exempt; therefore, will the agency be reimbursed for these additional costs? If so, will that reimbursement be based on actual expenditure or estimated figures? The Minister will have heard from many people from other industries, but across this sector people are concerned about the compensation they will get to off-set the increase in national insurance contributions.
