Amendment 271 seeks to enhance transparency and effectiveness in enforcement. It would require enforcement officers to report annually on how existing schemes and accepted standards are being used to support their work. Again, I ask the Minister whether the Government are considering a mechanism like this to ensure that enforcement standards and efforts are aligned with existing frameworks and standards.
