267A: Clause 89, page 108, line 17, leave out paragraph (b) and insert— “(b) the conduct of, but not the decision as to whether the Secretary of State will bring, proceedings by virtue of section 113 (power to bring proceedings in employment tribunals).” Member's explanatory statement This amendment seeks to ensure that the Secretary of State cannot delegate the decision to bring proceedings on behalf of employees.
