267AC: Clause 90, page 108, line 38, at end insert— “(1A) The Secretary of State must appoint a Chair of the Advisory Board who must be qualified to practice as a barrister and have been made King's Counsel.(1B) The term of the Chair’s appointment must be for a maximum of four years, with a maximum appointment of two terms, and with other conditions as may be specified by the Secretary of State.(1C) The Chair’s appointment must be approved by a relevant select committee of the House of Commons.”
