86: Schedule 3, page 85, line 27, leave out from “(1)” to end of line 33 and insert “may not be brought after the end of— (a) the period of 14 days beginning with—(i) the day on which the eligibility verification notice was given, or(ii) if the person seeks a review of the notice under paragraph 13, the day on which the person is notified of the outcome of the review, or(b) such longer period (if any) as the Tribunal considers reasonable in all the circumstances.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment means that the tribunal can extend the time limit for appealing against an eligibility verification notice.
