87: Schedule 3, page 86, line 13, at end insert “, or (b) such longer period (if any) as the Tribunal considers reasonable in all the circumstances.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment means that the tribunal can extend the time limit for appealing against a penalty imposed for a failure to comply with an eligibility verification notice.
