Advances are being made, but the targets that we have set ourselves are damaging the economy of this country. Our chances of re-industrialising are absolutely minimal as long as we go on having the highest electricity prices in the G7. We have to look at all this and start taking a much more sensible approach to CO₂ emissions. We need to continue to electrify wherever possible, but if we are paying the highest possible electricity prices in the developed world, we have a very serious problem ahead of us. I beg to move.
