We have an opportunity today here in this Parliament to make a very important decision on Report, and I am proud to be associated with it. Some people said to me, “Why are you supporting Lord Pickles?” It has nothing to do with whether or not it is the noble Lord, Lord Pickles. I looked up somebody else by the name of Pickles—I am so old that I can remember Wilfred Pickles’ programme. He always used to say, “What’s on the table, Mabel?”
