I tell noble Lords what is on the table today: really importantly, it is not just a memorial but a learning centre. We have some of the best civil engineers in the world—do not tell me we cannot build something complex. Of course we can, there is no doubt about it in my mind. We can not only make it historic; we can make it a tribute to the skill and quality of British construction. I hope the House is going to stay with what is a really important decision and make a statement that will echo across the world of our commitment to oppose antisemitism and to educate the next generation.
