However, to turn to security, there are very few people in this House who know more about security threats than the noble Lord, Lord Carlile. If he says the threat is serious, I think he is right. If the parliamentary authorities thought it necessary after that happened to put 18-foot fences around the House of Commons and to put 12-foot fences around your Lordships’ House, what are they going to do to the park?
