As the noble Lord, Lord Carlile, said, it will be a lure to people who have horrible antisemitic approaches and want to do something dreadful to make a point. The people who will be vulnerable to that are children and elderly people. A lot of elderly people will want to come and visit the learning centre, as will a lot of children for their education. It is somewhere that will be a red flag to some people who might want to take terrible action.
