Holocaust Memorial BillContribution
Why, I ask rhetorically, does it not say a centre for learning relating to the victims of the Holocaust? The problem with a centre of learning relating only to the memorial is that it is ambiguous. That is why I strongly support the amendment, and the important manuscript amendment put before us by the noble Lord, Lord Verdirame.
