61C: Clause 40, page 24, line 27, at end insert— “(4A) The decision reached by the Minister under subsection (4) must be communicated to the liable person, with the reason given by the Minister provided in writing, as soon as is practicable.”Member’s explanatory statement This would ensure that the liable person is provided with the outcome of the review of their representations by the Minister in writing.
