63A: Clause 50, page 29, line 5, at end insert— “(2) “Help” is defined in this section as the provision of any information, advice or support which could reasonably be assumed to be intended to acquire payments which are, or, if the payment was not made, would have been, a recoverable amount, or with the result that a public authority is entitled to claim any other recoverable amount.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment would ensure that those seeking to aid fraud through the provision of any information, advice or support could be subject to a penalty.
