67: After Clause 65, insert the following new Clause— “Annual reporting: use of powers(1) The Minister must prepare and publish a report on the use of powers conferred on them under this Part within 12 months of the day on which sections 1 and 2 come into force, and annually thereafter.(2) Any report published under subsection (1) must be laid before both Houses of Parliament within seven days of its publication.”Member's explanatory statement This amendment requires the Minister to publish an annual report on the use of powers conferred on them by Part 1 of the Bill, which must then be laid before Parliament within seven days of publication.
