Finance (No. 2) BillContribution
This amendment removes provision disapplying the rule that treats a sum as arising to a person (A) where it arises to a connected person (B), if it arises under arrangements under which B performs investment management services. That provision is unnecessary because such a sum would not arise under arrangements under which A performs investment management services, meaning that A would not be chargeable to income tax under section 23I in respect of the sum. It also removes provision in consequence of Amendment 56.
