60: Clause 35, page 21, line 3, leave out from “person” to end of line 5 and insert “may not bring an appeal under subsection (1) after the end of— (a) the period of 28 days beginning with the day after the day on which the person was notified of the outcome of the review, or(b) such longer period (if any) as the Tribunal considers reasonable in all the circumstances.”Member's explanatory statement This amendment means that the tribunal can extend the time limit for bringing an appeal in relation to a direct deduction order of the Minister for the Cabinet Office.
