I was going to quote, again highlighting how long this has been an issue, the general secretary of the TUC in 2021. However, since I see the noble Baroness is now in her place and I suspect she might be going to stand up, I will not quote her, but to finish I will quote the Unite general secretary Sharon Graham saying this year that many of the people she represents are feeling alienated and demotivated by the way AI is impacting on their workplaces, on their work and on their chances of being advanced within their workplace.
