I am delighted to respond to my noble friends, and to the noble Baroness, Lady Ritchie of Downpatrick, and the noble Lord, Lord Palmer of Childs Hill. We all talk about the need to do more to ensure that there is proper training and education for those who work in this sector. Social care is complex and sensitive; it demands pragmatic, workable solutions that bring together all stakeholders in a spirit of collaboration.
