First, which regulator or enforcement body, if any, is currently responsible for resolving disputes or ensuring compliance in this area, particularly around fee transparency, data practices and alignment with employment law? If, as appears to be the case, no single body currently has clear oversight of casting directories and digital casting platforms, would the Minister consider whether there is merit in clarifying regulatory responsibilities as part of any review?
