The Government understand the importance of the conduct regulations and the wider legislative framework applicable to employment agencies and employment businesses, and are committed to keeping them under review. Any review of the framework will look at the framework in the round, and impacts on different sectors and industries will be considered. For this reason, I ask the noble Earl to withdraw his amendment.
