Bill Presented Short-term Lets (Planning Permission) Bill Presentation and First Reading (Standing Order No. 57) Ben Maguire, supported by Andrew George, Steve Darling, Martin Wrigley, Richard Foord and Caroline Voaden, presented a Bill to introduce a requirement for a grant of planning permission to change a residential home to a short-term let in England; and for connected purposes.  Bill read the first time; to be read a second time on Friday 4 July, and to be printed (Bill 251).
