The right honourable Simon Anthony Hart, having been created Baron Hart of Tenby, of Lampeter Velfrey in the County of Pembrokeshire, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Hunt of Wirral and Lord Brady of Altrincham, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
