113ZA: Clause 26, page 45, line 24, after “sought” insert “without good reason” Member’s explanatory statement This amendment and another in the name of Lord Sharpe limit the application of the clause to cases where the employer sought, without good reason, to vary the employee’s contract of employment in relation to their pay or benefits.
