207: Clause 65, page 99, line 25, leave out “may” and insert “must” Member’s explanatory statement This amendment alters the Bill so that the Secretary of State must make regulations requiring a residential landlord to be a member of a landlord redress scheme, rather than leaving it to the Secretary of State’s discretion to make regulations.
