I recognise that this House will need time to scrutinise the deal before the ratification process. My department will follow the process set out in the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 in sharing the finalised treaty text with honourable Members. The House will, of course, have the opportunity to scrutinise any legislation associated with its implementation.
