I say again to the noble Baroness that my view— I may be wrong, and in a minute people will vote in the way they think—is that people’s belief, trust and confidence that their concerns will be treated anonymously is the holy grail, whatever the legislation says. If they believe, trust and have confidence that it is anonymous, that is where we will drive to. That is why, when we were debating how to respond to the noble Baroness’s points, we talked about the need to put anonymity in the Bill. The noble Baroness will disagree with that, but that is the point I make to the Chamber.
