70: After Clause 6, insert the following new Clause— “Repossession of homes during school holidays(1) The court may only make an order for possession of a dwelling which houses children of school age during the school holidays.(2) The Secretary of State may by regulations define the period of school holidays under subsection (1) on an annual basis.”
