48: Schedule 1, page 173, line 30, leave out “a person” and insert “an agricultural worker” Member’s explanatory statement This amendment, along with other amendments related to new grounds for possession for occupation in the name of Lord Carrington, seeks to enable the landlord to gain possession of the dwelling-house to house their agricultural worker regardless of the worker’s employment status (i.e. employee, worker, self-employed person or contractor).
