What is most extraordinary—I raised this in Committee, and maybe the Minister can answer this time—is that the Government know you cannot have a blanket ban so they have made three exemptions, for religious, health or work reasons, but those exemptions seem to be completely arbitrary; I have no idea why they chose them.
