I hope it will help the House if I say that the figures bear this out. It is extremely rare for any non-conviction or caution to be disclosed. In the figures for DBS checks issued in 2024-2025, of the 4.1 million enhanced certificates, only 0.12% contained disclosure of police information of any kind. Almost all of that was not in the areas that we have talked about this evening, so the figures are extremely small in the first place. However, to go back to the point mentioned by my noble friend Lady Lawrence, it is relevant and important that we should be looking at where there are areas where that could escalate. That is the essence of this, and it is important that we do not lose that in our discussions today.
