Debate

Mental Health Bill [HL]

Contribution

My Lords, I have three amendments in this group—Amendments 2, 25 and 27. They all relate to the relationship between parents, special guardians and others with parental responsibility, and the Bill. I must first say that I am extremely grateful to the Minister and her team for having been allowed to try these points out on her on several occasions. I am afraid that I did not make a great deal of progress, but I hope that I made just a little. I do not propose to ask for the view of the House on any of these three amendments, but I hope that they will go into the code of conduct.
