As has been said, we are told that the changes are pretty minor. In our meeting, as the Minister will recall, we were told that we would have access to some impact assessments that were previously carried out. I would be grateful if he would ensure that those actually arrive with us. I am sorry that they are not here tonight, in advance of this debate.
